def take care of any leaks first but also .i would run a slow water drip just after the tb then go blow the carbon out . and the stp super concentrated fuel cleaner does wonders. if all else fails a new stock cat usualy does the trick for hc's

as mentioned earlier an ebay electric turbo wouldn't need an oil pump would it. the only reason i even said thats what this was for is because the first few repies wanted to know why i wasnt happy with the stock drain/wanted pics that im not at liberty to divulge without a confidentiality...

id go with the carbon its like glass on roids lol. but ya get what you pay for (even carbon can be low quality if manufactured incorectly) , but when its done right carbon fiber is the strongest/lightest (man made) material ive ever heard of.
i had this problem years ago on mine it was the valve covers leaking into the plug galley. toyota in their infinite wisdom used those stupid philips head bolts to secure them. i suggest to all to purchase the allen head bolts to replace them they are much better good luck.
