When I first start my car the voltage reading across the batters is about 14.5 volts. After driving for 5 minutes or so it will drop to around 13.1 volts. Is this normal or is my alternator going out? The battery light is on all of the time when I am driving. Thanks in advance

Well, finally got my Supra running, with a hitch anyways. When in neutral the engine will rev past 2K with no problem, but when in drive it will stop at 2k and kick back down to 1500 in any gear. It's almost like it in a "valet mode". Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
