My question is a little off topic, but I'm currently doing the valve stem seals on my 1jz and I have been measuring my valve's free lengths and I keep getting over 44mm. The 2jz tsrm says it should be 41.74mm. Do y'all think there is something wrong or am I doing something wrong?

Did yall make the necessary people? I plan on kicking around and making some passes on test n tune day. If I did race, I would be in class 1.

I plan to attend all the events this year, but will prob only drag race on the practice day. I really wanted to do the road racing, but I think both my supras are too weak to perform decent at it, and i'm not even sure there will be enough people signed up to keep the event happening.

Can your guys make the carbon fiber ones in colors, like blue, silver, or a kevlar mix?

I didn't pull the motor, I pulled the dash.... I used a 3" hole saw and it's kinda loose. I think being a little too tight with a 2.5" would be better.

DDing mine for about a year now since the swap. I also drive it back and forth to Houston about every other month. My 1jz has been great to me.

I have a bpu 1jz with a 4.30 gear in mine. I don't understand, wouldn't you want a torqueyer gear if you had more lag. To help with driving while not under boost, or for building boost.

I really have no idea why it does it. It did it with the old platinum plugs that were in there and the new coppers I put in, and also my coil packs have no cracks.

Mine does the exact same thing, only in the mornings when it's cold. I have the same mods as you, but I have NGK coppers.
