You guy think this could cause an ignition problem?

i was always wondering why i was having such a hard time started my car on the stinger, always thought i was too rich and was flooding the motor out, but i was pulling my new rail off tonight and noticed this when i went to unplug the cps connectors. pretty sure now that i wasnt getting a good connection on these and was having weak spark because of it. tell me what yall think

the front sensor has one broken wire, the rear sensor both wires have cracked shielding

Definitely. quite important for the timing.

Have someone turn the key while you hold the broken wire, and see if the stinger is actually doing it's job

I had an issue like that once, but it was more so A/C, I was wondering why my A/C on my 240 would sometimes come on and sometimes it wouldn't, it was rubbing against one of my catch can lines.

Hopefully that's your problem though!

Hey I know this is old, but I'm having the same issue with weak spark. I plugs also look like yours where the wires are just barely holding on. Just wondering if fixing the wires took car of your problem. Thanks
