Ct's will fit on stock 7m turbo exhaust manifold. 7m came with ct26. The only difference in a 57trim is a bigger turbine wheel.

There are plenty of upgraded exhaust manifolds. Just not ones that will fit the stock CT26, or anything crammed into it's housings, for that matter. No point, the stock exhaust housing will easily outflow the CT26 hotside.

Clipping the exhaust fins is supposed to help with spool

Negative. It will do exactly the opposite. The theory is that it will allow more top end by sacrificing spool. I seem to recall that it's frowned upon, but check with some actual turbo experts if this sounds like an option you wish to pursue.

Just so you know, the 57 trim DOES have the potential of putting you in the range of fuel cut on cold days if you've got a decent intake/exhaust on the car. Just so you're not suprised if you hit it.

Thats a t4 flange manifold. You wont find one with a ct flanged manifold. You either have to get a t4 turbo or an adapter from t4 to ct.

The 2 pipes coming down are for a external wastegate. The ct use's a internal wastegate so you would need to block that off also.

Might as well just wait and get a t4 turbo or sell and just use the stock manifold.

That looks like one of the T4 manifolds which are a clone of the JDM spec T4 manifold. The difference being that it doesn't compensate for your A/C and you'll notice it's a bit "tight" if you put an actual T4'd turbo on it. ex. I squeezed a 60-1 on mine with a 3.5in downpipe, but had to do some banging around.

The input and output diameters? stock. How large is the impellor? 57mm.
The ONLY difference between a 57 trim and stock is that they bored out the interior of the comp. housing and used a larger impellor.
Sell the stainless manifold. You don't need it. Bolt the 57 on, and bolt the downpipe to it, and the accordian hose.
