Not rear damage.. rear condition.. meaning.. is there any rust? Thats the area that will fall apart from winter driving up here. To me.. a good Supra has solid quarter panels (no rust inside or out), no rust in the wheel wells (under the undercoat.. where all the ones I find have the metal eroding to paper thin... ) and no rust in the underbody (shock towers, sub frame). Not that people go out looking for that, but I would value a solid back end Supra (with front end damage like yours) at about 2500.00 as it sits.. simply because its cheaper/easier to cut the quarters out, and transfer the subframe without going through all the hassle of repairing.
But.. thats just me. I spent 4500 on rebuilding my rear of my car (because I have NO body skills).. so that would have been a steal... lol.
That was my point.
So.. it depends on if your getting insurance money for the damage or if you can sell the car, of if you have mad body skills. Lots of factors.. but in the end.. to me.. it depends on rear condition (not damage.. )
... and regardless of all that, I still think there are lots of Supras out there that you can pick up for what it will cost to fix that. (again.. unless you are fixing yourself). Part it out.. buy another. My opinion
