Dr.Jonez and TurboBob are both on here as well as FullThrottle. I'm running a MAFT Pro and I'm very happy with it, but I'm N/A so I probably won't be able to offer too much help with your specific setup.

The MAFT Pro setup and configuration for MKIII's has been discussed here many times. If you're just trying to get up to speed on things and don't have anything specific you need an answer for (hell, even if there is something specific) try searching the forum. There's a ton of info on here.

I run one, awesome little beastie.

The only problem is that the thing is so customizable and configurable that you can't write up a FAQ that addresses most people's questions... everyone seems to be different.

I know what their capabilities are, for the most part - I don't use the aux input for anything, at least not yet, but I've got the rest of it running.

i have had the unit for almost 2 years, it's a bit tough to learn the softwear and get a good tune , when you dive in from off the street. altho i made a mistake and used the supplied stock locks to pin it to my ecu, after pulling my engine so many times, they became loose and feed my ecu garbage signal's, i since have soildered the wires and have been able to put a decent tune on here in 2 days.
