Where to mount the Ballast for HID?

Hey guys, at this time most of you guys on this forum have heard about CK's HID group buy and im thinking of buying a set for myself. Most likely i will get a set but i want to know those with HID, where did you guys mount your ballasts? Can some one post a picture of where your ballasts were mounted and where is the most convienence place for them? Thanks a lot

very hard POS spot to get to....

but there is a threaded hole in the body in the cavity under the headlights that the bolt in the kit will screw right into...

I have 2 ballasts hanging off of each of those bolts and been fine so far, but they're not easy to get tight as the angles are a bit odd (had to put some washers in there)

Definately the most time consuming part, but if I did it again I'd remove the headlight assemblies so I could get down there easier...

I put them on the frame rails with sticky tape & zip straps.

I wrapped mine in foam pipe lagging and some split convoluted tubing and then put them up in the Nose of the Fenders with zip ties.

There's a shelf formed by the internal reinforcing brace that's a perfect place for them
