when you just cant roll/ pull your fenders any wider, what are your options?

so im running 315/35/17's in the rear, getting the tires mounted this week on 03 cobra svt rims Back Spacing: 6.02" (153mm) Offset: +26mm (1.02").

rims had 275's when i got them, looked mean but i wanted more rubber back there. just eyeballing everything im gonna need to run a spacer to move the rubber away from the shocks. that pushes the wheel out past the stock fender, so there are a few options...

#1) roll/ pull fenders
#2) run stupid drifter camber, jk ...not happening its stupid
#3) bolt on/ stick on flares 2 diff styles ive found that i like
#4) Shine makes widebody front and rear fenders aswell

so below is some of the info ive searched, the bolt on z flares and godfathers can be had front & rear for under $300 shipped. the widebody is still in the mold process i believe so its not even an option @ this point... im hopeing i can get away with just a roll and pull, would be cleanest looking imo.

just wanted to make a thread to link all ive found sofar and get some advice aswell...
let me know what yall think, feel free to post more pics if you find anything i left out.

Either pull or wide body. IDk tho man. dont think you can pull that far and your going to need paint even if you do. Will need paint with the widebody and you would need to get in on the s2 fenders or else its going to be really wide in the rear.

WHy not just run a smaller tire? OR a smaller rim to get the same look.

my cars paint is horrible to begin with, original silver, with a gloss black maaco paint job... im not worried about messing it up with an agressive roll... i will atleast attempt a roll and pull first, if its not enough i'll go from there.

smaller tire? smaller rim? might as well get a smaller turbo, or even better a 1j swap. haha

not tring to be a dick, just seems like negative progress... heres a pic of the same tire damn near 13in wide.

Doesnt really seem negative. a smaller tire that grips more will do a better job than a wider shit tire. Up to you tho.

Might be able to fit it if you add some spacer.

Edit: He says hes going to fit some 13in wheels with the s2 wide body. IDk about the tires tho.

Those are just xxr 521 18x10 +25 all around with i believe a 20mm spacer in the rear and prolly a 10 or 15 in the front.

TIres are prolly 265 or 255.

275's were still sunken on the wheel ever so slightly in this pic
and i think i have a 26 offset

im hopeing to get the 315's to look a lil like the 245's did on sawblades... my own anti hella flush style.

On the rear? 285 or 295 would have fixed that. 315 is a massive tire. Also the tire brand and model sometimes look different,

Some 265 35 conti in my garage look bigger than some junk 285 also in my garage.

is there a picture floating around of a mk3 with the 280 z bolt on flares?

I believe i'll be able to tuck the wheels with a good healthy pull and roll on the fenders.

Now that I see the 315s on the car, ya there a bit oversized. Next time around I'll get 275-305's or step up and get some nice aftermarket rims.

Had some more ideas to correct the minor sidewall overflow.
Option:
1) have rear wheels split and welded 2 inches wider making them 17x11 don't know the cost of it, or what offset it will make them.
2) order replica 17x10.5 svt rims with a 27 offset
3) order replica FR500 17X10.5 same 27 offset but with deep dish lip. sexy, yet inexpensive.

1) Depends what side it gets welded to. If it's welded rear of where the face connects to the barrel (closer to the shock), it'll increase your offset by half the amount you widened it. Forward (towards the fender) would subtract half the amount widened from the offset; you'd have to rebarrel those Mustang rims to do that, though, because there's no outer lip to cut and weld to...better off buying a wheel that's already 11" wide.

2 & 3) Now you're talking. Nothing would move much, since the tire isn't changing width. With those specs, it just pushes the edges of the rim out a little and moves the whole wheel/tire towards the shock by about 1/8". Sounds about right, to me.
