Got the trans out last night cause it's time for an R154 refresh, New DM Chromoly Flywheel and ACT Extreme Clutch.

Just the stock intake. Going to polish up the intake, finish running the I/C piping and upgrade the stock twins.

I just mean how it works. It looks like it splits?

Ahh gotcha! lol Yeah, it splits instead of running across like the 7m. Personally, I think it looks pretty cool!

Oh, I see now. I was thinking it did something wack like split each turbo into its own intake like 300ZX's. It does look cool though.

Should I take pictures of the distributor O-ring installation so you can all stop doing it wrong? I know many failed to retime the engine and/or the CPS. If you want high resolution pictures, just say so.

I finally got my car into the shop(where I go to school), pulled off the intake, intercooler piping, drained the oil and coolant, removed the rad. Planning to pull the engine monday or tuesday, check what is in spec and move on from there! My oil pump pulley snapped off last summer so we shall see what awaits me!

I bought hood supports from Rock Auto which were not Toyota/ND/Aisin. I decided because the cost was too good, and Monroe makes struts and dampers for the industry. They are not left and right. New hardware (ball stud) goes in. Mine starting oozing out.

I took the intake off this week. Everything up to the head. Checked valve clearance and found a few off by 2 thou so those will be replaced. New shims on order.

Ordered up a bunch of new parts from Rock Auto, Toyota and Amazon:

Denso reman Starter (intake is off, no idea how old starter is now, why not replace it while it's easy?)
Denso Plug Wires (no idea on age of mine and the plastic pieces that grips the coils are weak, why not replace them?)
New gaskets (got OEM and FelPro to compare the two)
Fuel line crush washer-gaskets
Rear lower molding
Trans mount

That's a shame. I've used non-Toyota struts on my Supra for 8 years. In that much time I'm on my 3rd set (first covered under warranty). Mine haven't been exceptional, but not bad enough to leak anything immediately. At about 1/3 the price of OEM I'll keep buying the aftermarket stuff. Mine have all been drop in replacements.

Put in a new brake master cylinder. Fixed the brake issues I've been having for 2.5 years...

If only the paint reflected how many new parts are actually in the car.
