Was doing some work underneath and noticed my subframe was cracked and welded right behind the diff. Not very good weld either.:(

I have a low mile subframe out of a na auto car I held onto for some reason. Now I know why.:)

Anybody do any welding on these to help reinforce them? Figured I do it while its out.

Wheres a good place to put jack stands?

Framerail right in front of the front subframe bolts Im not sure of. Could put under rear bumper, but I dont want to remove the cover.

On the pinch welds where the lift points are if you can. If not the frame rails would do. Just block the front wheels.

Yea, thats what I did. Cant believe all bolts came out easy. And my brake rotors actually just slid off. Miracle.

Usually if you just loosen the parking brake they will always do that.
