tranny wing bracket

I was reading a thread recently describing the differences of auto and manual brackets and now I can't find it and also can't remember which side was different
Can anyone help me out

As far as I can tell(swapping auto to r154 now) the driver side is different. I test fit with the old auto passenger side and it bolted up fine. I did have to loosen the wing motor bolts to get the wings to align on both sides.

Alrightey! so it's drivers side - LH bracket?
No point to me saying my passenger as that'll just confuse the situation lol

I think the bolt hole on that side sits down too low so I can't bolt up both holes.
Still need a silly w58 crossmember too :/

I wish someone could post a pic of the various brackets to be certain. Or, someone who has actually done it. Mine test fitting was fine with the bell housing only who knows what will happen with I go to bolt the trans up. I'm hoping for the best, all the auto to 5speed swap tutorials I've read say you just need the left(starter) side wing bracket. The tsrm shows the right side as different part numbers though.

Automatic and W58 are the same. Bracket wise.

Shows a different part number, 35118. Unless I'm crazy.

As I said earlier. Same Brackets Between W58 and Auto Cars.

Left Side (looking from front.) (All 3 cars have the same bracket.)

TWC MTM = Non Turbo Manual = W58

Ahhhh Yes, correct w58 and auto are indeed the same part numbers.
I believe it is only R154 that changes.
