Hey! I resemble that!:evil2:

Seriously though, tolerance is great and worthy and as long as it doesn't equate to forced acceptance (as in the "gay marriage" debate) i'm all for it. we say " Judge not lest ye be judged" and IMHO that means expect to be judged by the same standards that you use to judge others. Remember too that " All men sin, and fall short of the glory of God"
Hey, cops are ok.

Dude...did you just compare judging fruit to judging your fellow man? ROFL!

It's called speaking in parables. Jesus (who I was quoting) did this extensively. Most Christians are familiar with the concept.

If you dont have something constructive to add...kindly keep it to yourself.

So now YOU are JUDGING the value of my posts. Am I to clear all my posts through you from now on so YOU can JUDGE whether they are constructive or not? Doesn't that seem a little hypocritical to you, O champion of tolerance?

I think I understand your position Aaron on both the "forced acceptance of gay marriage" topic and the topic of judging.

I was taught that it was gods place to judge man. Certainly as human beings we have opinions of others, but judging someone is one step from condemning them, and I really feel that that is your gods job not yours.

But, you are certainly entitled to your opinion.

Im going to ask EVERYONE again...very nicely...PLEASE! this thread was posted as a means to allow some healing of the community that seems quite divided right now. Lay aside your differences, "turn the other cheek" so to speak, and leave this thread out of your battle. If you want to respond to what I have to say here, either make it positive...or start your own post! PLEASE!!!!

PRETTY PLEASE!? with sugar on top?

Its obvious to me that some people are just beyond this message.

Some people are only capable of spewing hatred and intolerance. I am saddened by the fact that people feel the only way to combat hatred is with more hatred. I fear for mankind.

I just can not understand how someone who represents the moral right can stray so far from christian values.

I give up! spew your hate...This is my answer to all my critics and to every post directed specifically at me and my values.......
