youll see boost quicker than that

i was using a non divided, non-bb ITS 72mm with the .70 A/R back housing on a 1JZ and i was seeing 18psi around 4500-4600

Nice info on the non dbb / non devided 72mm turbo....
But I really don't think that I could see full boost before 4K :sarcasm:

Where did you have your rev limiter on the 1jz?
I am asking cause you had a 0.70 A/R 72mm ITS turbo :biglaugh:
And how did it feel? When did you start feeling the choking issue?

the fuel kit also. And last the EMS standalone and it's tuning!

I'm a bit late to the party, but forget about the Greddy catch can, get one of these, it's MUCH better:

Looks great otherwise. :)

Oh, I looked through the pics quickly, it looks like your wastegate is v-band, so can't you just turn the wastegate to prevent the dump tube (Screamer pipe) from blowing flames on the subframe?

Much better than the Greddy one....but I had it with my twins and
I am going to use it with my single for the moment. Maybe I will get
the one you've mentioned in the future.
As far as for the screamer pipe and the wastegate...yes I'll have to check it
again. But the way it seats right now it clears the WG ss braided lines very
nicely :biglaugh:

I am thinking to sell the 800cc and get 1000cc and also to sell the walbros
and get 2x Sard 265 L/H fuel pumps. :icon_bigg
I've just ordered the ss braided teflon fuel lines...:naughty:
And the last part is to customize the stock fuel hanger to fit.

The fuel system will be like that:
Two -6AN from from the pumps to a 'Y' block with a -8AN outlet on the top
of the stock hanger. Then one -8AN line to the inline filter and then another
-8AN feed line to another 'Y' block splitter with two -6AN outlets. And last
these two feed -6AN lines to the dual inlet ports of the Sard fuel rail.
One -6AN return line to the AFPR and another -6AN line to the fuel tank...

I will update soon on the remaining fuel parts...

And the engine management standalone system that I desided to use :biglaugh:

MoTeC M600 ecu with custom made wiring loom for 2jz-gte.
It has almost all systems enabled : traction control, launch control,2 step, anti lag,
data log,pit lane limits (track/circuit),and switch for A to B map/boost up control...

p1449328_1.jpg

p1449328_2.jpg

I just need to get the 3 bar MAP sensor and the Intake Air Temperature sensor,
and the wiring loom for connection to a PC for tuning! :naughty:

In about 7-8 days I'll have the car ready and out of the shop.
I just refreshed the motor (head) with all new gaskets, seals, hoses etc
and installed new HKS 264 cams,Greddy cam pulleys and underdrive pulleys,
and did the valvetrain with BC springs/titanium retainers, and ferrea stem seals

No fuel kit (1000cc,AFPR,-8AN,twin pumps, etc) on car yet and ofcaurse the
motec will have to wait till the fuel system is installed and ready.

Also installed new TRD motor mounts,BIC poly trans mount, rear new oem
bushings, put some new performance V-band clamps to the exhaust and some
new gaskets.
Two more things I want to buy as soon as possible are ST sway bars and
a 'Performance' driveshaft from lightweight aluminum material, and then
I am done with the suspension/drivetrain/brakes. Maybe in the future to
get some coilovers and a TRD rear LSD. :naughty: And then I'll be 100%
done! :biglaugh:

the power you are making i would reccomend the 1pc steel from jawsgear...i hear alot of good things about that...shaftmasters also. I don't think aluminum is a good idea unless yo never plan to launch the car...then if so enjoy your new metal twizzler lol. Awesome about the motec btw. Talk to IJ for all you motec needs....i think he invented it or something like that ;) j/k ian.

You think that the alu shaft will not hold 700 whp? From a dig...:naughty:
The steel one wouldn't be heavier than the Alu shaft?

I hope he (IJ) hears you....lol :biglaugh:
I would be honored for him to come by (in Athens,Greece) and tune my car!
Hey...IJ , Iannis also needs you to tune his 7M-GTE AEM mk2 Supra ...:biglaugh:
Please Ian come by...the weather is almost the same as in Aussie...

Anyway thanks for your kindly words about my single project.
