Start by checking codes. If your car doesn't even run properly, you should not be thinking of swapping over to twins. You need to concentrate on getting your car 100% mechanically and electrically sound.

I wouldn't call that "runs great"...be a bit more descriptive as to what it does, when, and at what RPM.

Check codes like Shaeff said.

Based on the limited info, it sounds like a boost leak in your IC piping.

If you know that the turbo spools fine, while you aren't in the car at all, your fuel pump is not the problem. Are you sure your transmission is good? Did you put a turbo AFM on the car along with the swap?

when i first got the car it had no inter cooler, so my homeboy/backyard mechanic took out the one from my parts car and put it on, with out the inter cooler the car shut off (automatically). but i looked and saw that he didn't put on the smaller piece nxt to the big inter cooler and i am thinking that with that piece that the car is not breath right.

That is not going to make it run like you described...the turbo seal refers to the oil that flows through the turbo. It keeps oil from leaking out of the center section to the exhaust/intake.

Like I said in post #3 above...it sounds like a boost leak in your IC piping. You have to check the rubber hose and connectors from the turbo outlet to the IC to the throttle body.

Instead of guessing, you need to check ECU codes 1st...if you are not going to do what is suggested, there is no point in any of us helping you. Here's how you check codes:
http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/TechTips/engine_error_codes.aspx

The 7M is a relatively complicated EFI engine. If you don't have the knowledge or mechanical ability to learn it, I highly suggest you find a really good mechanic that does. The TSRM pretty much spells out how to work and trouble shoot this car...you really need to start referring to it vs flying by the seat of your pants. Here's the link to the TSRM:

Also keep your stupid "Nah, I have 4 supras" rude comments to yourself as nothing good come from them...

With that said, check the codes and get back to us...
