Is there a ROTM restricted to only stock cars? No performance upgrades visible to the naked eye? (We would have to enact the honor system for new pistons, rods, etc., but I think they should be overlooked anyway.) No huge turbos, catch cans, clear cam covers, suspension, wheels, paint, seats, steering wheel, BOV's, FFIM, etc. If I were to really, really scrub my 91T, I think it would come out pretty nice.

Thats the problem I saw too. Mines right off the showroom floor.

SVH and things of that sort I would think should be allowed. Maintenance things are generally OK. Again honor system on a rebuilt CT-26 and stuff.

LOL but your car has a deodourant thing hanging fron the mirror that's not factory...... ;) <just for example>

"stock" can be taken to some ridiculous extremes!
(more so where there's a prize involved)

I can't speak for the other mods but in judging the recent NA ROTM mods weren't high on my list as to me a good well kept stock car will always be better than a dirty ragged one with mods.

Honor system? Pffft... tell people you have a Supra and they think you have a JZA80 with a JZ engine anyways. Being a dishonest bastard, you could 2JZ it, swiss-cheese the airbox, true-twin it and put a bleeder on the wastegate.

Well, if you were to do a stock catagory then I think "stock appearance" would be a good line to draw. That would mean aftermarket pistons or upgraded LSD would be just fine, but intake tubes, colored hoses, aftermarket exhausts, would be out. It would have to pretty picture intensive to determine who has the nicest "stock appearing" Supra...but I would like to see that happen (I wouldnt be able to enter) I think it would be a nice opportunity for those Supra owners that just love the car the way it came from Toyota.
