Just curious what have you guys done to your bumpers?! Im thinking about getting the supra repainted soon and am interested in doing something to the bumper.

Those are bolts with washers to hold down the lip.

I used some strong snips, took about half an hour, would have been less except one of them broke, and sliced both my hands, had to have my neighbor finish it for me..

I molded in an aftermarket universal duct, along with cutting and reinforcing the bumper (not the skin). The reinforcing was fully welded in.
