Childersburg AL,
new wheels are next on my to do list, ive been lookin at a couple sets and I think I might have found the ones.
I am kinda oblivious on offset no mater how hard I try.
could I get some advice from the offset experts?
the rims are 18x10 +25R 18x8.5 +30F
I have 4 255/35/zr18
am I gonna run into any fitment issues?
the car is a 88 turbo with intrax springs.

With the 10" rear you are going to have considerable stretch while the front tires are going to have a square shoulder.
IMO it will look like crap. I have 18x9 with 265/35 and 18x10 with 285/35 and they look perfect, they have a very muscular look. But that's just my style.

The wheels should fit fine, the fronts will probably be sunken in a bit, and you may need to roll your rear fenders.

I would go with the 10's all around, it would look super aggressive. But you would need coilovers.

::edit::
My setup: I did quite a bit of fender work to fit this, wheel/tire combination so this is not for everyone.
18x9+18 - 265/35r18 Advan Neova's
18x10+22 - 285/35r18 Michelin Pilot's

how considerable of a stretch on the rear?

IIRC 10's in front will rub BADLY.
QFT. That would require quite a bit of work to fit.

The 255's wouldn't be a bad stretch as the 265's on my 10's would look good if I had 235s or 245s on the 9's but they looked way too small with the same size up front.

You would need spacers, probably 10mm is all, and they would look pretty good, you'll still have to roll your fenders, though, so keep that in mind.

why not run 18x10 +25 on all for corners.

plus a 255 on a 8 .5" wheel not a good idea.

255 on 8.5 is not bad at all. especially since alot of people run 245 or smaller on 8.5 -9in rims. people even run 245 on stock 7in wheels.

Childersburg AL,
the 255's are on 8 inch wide bmw rims, they do look a little fat but not like a mud grip or anything.
but by putting a 235ish on the front it would make the rears look better?
im fine with rolling the fenders.

255's would look good on the 10's and 235's would look good on the 8.5's. They would look very similar.
Nothing wrong with a 255 on an 8, just kinda bulgy looking as you said, Jesse.

Childersburg AL,
the fronts are Bridgestone Potenza's, rears are Nitto extreme 555 zrs
even though they are the same size the rears have massive tread and sidewalls compared to the fronts.
maybe this could play out to my advantage?

Is anyone else confused by this..?

You're against 255's on an 8.5", yet run 235's on a 10"
