Speedometer works, but odometer doesn't

I recently got my 91 turbo automatic back on the road after installing a new engine and transmission. The speedometer works just fine but the odometer doesn't. I only drove the car a few miles before I pulled the old motor/trans out over a year ago because it had a BHG and a rod knock, but I noticed then that the odometer wasn't working then either. Any ideas of what may cause this or how it could be fixed? My guess is that I just need to replace the cluster.......ideas?

Tried searching but I couldn't find anything.

The issue is definitely in the cluster, maybe take it apart and see if you can find the issue, or replace it.

Before you pull the cluster make sure the trip button isn't jammed down.
