dammit what crappy way to start the year. i was driving normal and i skidded and lost traction and hit the rail. i'm seriously tired of having the crappiset supra in socal. my car is already ugly and broken as it is why did this have to happen. Ugh, at least its drivable and the 1j is ok and running. my new "New Years Resolution" is to bring this car back to stock looking condition. now on top of my rear quarter panel, dented driver side fender, crack dash, alignment, missing window molding and blown suspension i have to fix this. i have to get a new euro turn signal, bubble side marker, fender, headlight assembly and nose. i still have the remains of my front clip so i can use those parts even the fender is dented on that. at least its better than the one on my car but i still have to source euro signals. dammit that was my good looking side. dude, so far 07 sucks.

I have a euro signal...............nananananana.
I have a clip and one of them is broken. I think the passenger side isn't broken. I will give it to you if you promise to fix that supra up. I am ashamed that you would not have fixed it up at least a little bit before now. Are you spending all of your money on hookers again......................:biglaugh:

I will go outside and check to see if it is broken. I will be right back.

You want my honest blunt thoughts?

Dont care, Im gunna say it anyway... ;)

Mothuh fuckin +1 to Supras! Lookin at the length of that skid, you must've been movin and for you to hit that rail and thats the only damage, PLUS 1 to the concrete solidness of the Supra... If you did that in a civic, you'd be typing this from the passenger seat of a tow truck...

Im sorry you hit the rail, Im glad yur ok... The damage is superficial, so shouldny be TOO hard to fix... Luckily, you live in Cali, so there are lots of Supras in parts yards and stuff, so you should be able to source those parts... I really hope that you follow through and restore this car, its a beautiful diamond when you chip that coal off it...

The only thing useable on my entire clip is that one passenger side buble marker. It is solid yellow or orange. I think I've seen some that were orange and white. This one is solid. It is in good shape and I will mail it to you if you give me your address. Please fix that car up. If you don't fix it up during 2007, I will hunt you down and cut your hair off..................:biglaugh:

dude just pull your 1j and put it in a better shell.......

I hate to see one put to pasture, but this might be the best bet. There's not a whole lot of damage, and changing a fender out would definately be easier than installing a 1jz, but it is an option.

that car needs a whole lot more work than just a fender. i bet it would take less time to swap the engine than to fix all the body damage on that car. :)

Jesus, that hard of skid and so little damage to your car, gotta give props to the rail though, that thing doesnt have a scratch on it.

Slow down man and learn to control your car before you hit those corners so fast. Your new years resolution should be to fully understand the definition of a braking zone, understeer, exit, and apex.

glad your ok, get a new shell, it'd be cheeper than doing all the body work that car needs.

he obviously doesn't have the funds to restore his current supra being in the condition it's in. dropping the drivetrain in a new shell will only cost $500-1000.

it costs a lot to restore a supra, i would have saved so much money if i had just bought a nicer car to begin with.
