Relocation of the engine bay harness

I was curious about relocating my harness and hiding somethings.

I wouldnt ask but since Im 20 miles away from my car I thought it wouldn't hurt.

Now for the engine bay fuse box and harness as it passes thru the Feder? Is there a plug in the fender well that I can unplug so I can hide the harness under there? Mainly since the fuse box wont fit thru that little hole in the fender the harness goes thru?

I'm just looking for a heads up or advice so when I eventually get home I can get to work and get it done!

Help is greatly appreciated thank you!

Behind the motor, there is a bunch of firewall that you can use a 2.5" hole saw and stick your harness through.

I've been thinking of ways to do this. Running it out behind the motor is a good start, then split it up so it doesn't have to run back over top of the motor. I might still do it on my car, haven't completly decided yet.

Yea I would like to see some myself. I havent been able to get that far just yet. I've delt with some hard hits close to home so I haven't had motivation to mess with the car lately. Soon hopefully I will get out there and start tinkering around with something.

if anyone has anything to add to this please do!

Having that wire run over that metal edge in pic 4 is asking for trouble,
vibration will rub it raw.

Yes, I still have a fuse box, yes it's still 100% functional, yes you have to unplug EVERYTHING, and de-pin some of it as well. LABEL things!

(also note that there are no other electronics on the fenderwell- the diagnostic block has since been relocated- this was mock-up. ;)) Click to enlarge:
