doing a rebuild on a spare 7mgte motor can the stock pistons take 12psi.. will be doing stock rebuild on the head mild port and polish arp head studs rod bolts main studs clevite 77 bearings HKS metal hg would i able to up my boost to about 12psi ??

As IJ said, it depends. What turbo, how much fuel, what intercooler / hardpipe setup, and what exhaust? Do you have any headwork? All these things will affect how much air can flow through the engine.
Furthermore, there's the tune to consider. Members with a good tune have run 500 hp on stock pistons without any damage. Members with a bad tune have blown them up with 250 hp.

just doing stock rebuild on head with port and polish head prolly do the intake mani and exhaust stock turbo currently running a apexi exhuast if i go walbro 255 will i need to anything with my air ? K&N filter stock ct26 turbo for now arp head main rods studs hks mhg. 12psi too much without a tune ?
