hey guys as some of you might know i started a rear seat delete a couple days ago, i apologize for the fact that i couldnt take pics along the way but finally got a camera phone to take some pics... in two days we only actually spent about 5 hours total on this project, i was suprised at how fast we got it finished considering all the measuring, fitting and cutting we had to do that little strap is one of my standard navy issue nylon belts that i cut, folded and bolted down with two screws haha.. under the box theres a small but useable storage space there now thats covered in the same carpet i used to cover the MDF used for the box!!! i would love to get some feedback from you guys..... enjoy

i also decided to move my hks type-0 turbo timer from being double sided taped to the top of my steering column, to under the steering column. there is a vent there for AC or heater, all i did was take that whole bottom cover off. on the sides of the "rolling vent" you have the two pins that hold it in place and allow it to "roll". i drilled out the plastic "pins" that held the rolling part on and the rolling part pops right off. you'll notice in the pics that i kept the little case that the rolling vent was in and the hks turbo timer fits right in there... keep in mine i dont have the AC/heater ducting that goes behind there (my AC and heater are fucked up anyways) so if you still have the vent back there, you can still use a dremel to cut away and make the turbo timer fit... total time for this project in my case was only 2 minutes... let me know what you think!

both installs look wicked clean. i was going to get a turbo timer, but synthetic oil doesnt coke like dino oil does, and i run full synthetic, so i dont use one/have one. perhaps i'll get one some day, as i love electronic gadgets. haha.

that rear seat delete looks awesome. very nice craftsmanship. :) if i did that, i'd make a double door type deal on the lid of the boxes, so that i could block off the area to the hatch. :)

I never even considered that spot for a TT. But i think im set on putting it in the ashtray taped/glued to the metal thing that comes up with a spring underneath it so it pops up when you open the ashtray. I've seen a write-up and pictures of it, but I dont remember where. Good thing i remember what it said to do.

the back piece is in the works already i just stopped it there to take a break cause all the measuring was a pain in he ass. and on top of that the back piece would be the easiest to measure, cut and wrap... i will try to post some better pics of everything sometime tonight or tomorrow, im very pleased with it so far and i will eventually hid some boxes down there, i'll just put resin over the carpet to mold it and cut some rings out, wrap it with some cloth, resin it, add some glass and get it painted like a dark grey to match the interior... i just have other stuff that i want to buy first before i buy some subs ;) thanks for the comments guys, im glad you like it!!!
