Sensor on the rear t-stat housing, just below the turbo water supply banjo, nestled behind the PS resevoir mounting bracket. The harness plug appears to be green, and it's a 19mm nut.

I busted mine while breaking the banjo loose and only have the stub left. I'm on my way to Toyota with the stub, because we were unable to I'd it 100% with their tsrm.

Thanks,

-Kurt

Sounds like the ECU temp sensor.

I originally thought it was the gauge sensor, too. Good thing I didn't just ignore it, since a broken ecu sensor might have caused me a problem for the virgin key turn this weekend. :aigo:

Very true. :) Unfortunately, the guy who made it is long gone. He used to be an Administrator on SM long before we were hacked. His screen name was/is Shawndude. He was always filled with cool information that many people didn't know. :)
