yup, pre 89's are longer..
Personally, I'd do the reverse, use pre 89 signals on an 89+ bumper..

I have another question, I have a pre 89 bumper on my 90 supra, and I all the pre 89 grills and fog lights as well, but I dont have the pre 89 turn signals. my question is if I get some, are they just gonna fit right in to where the previous turn signals where?
No, you have to get the pre 89 ones for the to fit rite in.

So when I buy some pre 89 signals are they gonna fit perfectly in place where the 90+ turn signals were? I know they are longer, but as far as where they are supposed to connect(the electrical) will they fit fine? How much would you sell them for? ^
Yes they will plug right in. I take it you have the pre-89 bumper support as well since that was also changed to accommodate the new bumper design in 89? Once you get the pre-89 corner markers your front end will look propper (unlike now, the 89+ corner markers look small with all your pre-89 parts).

anyway, post up a pic of your car, I have a feeling you have an 89+ header panel support, and the grill is missing, held on by zipties or something similar, as the mounts for it are different...
what you can do is swap in a pre 89 header panel support (100% plug and play), and everything will mount up just fine. Or you can keep your current header panel, and swap in an 89+ bumper and fogs and be on your merry way..

I'd be willing to be he left is pre-89 header panel on there. I have a pre-89 header panel on my 87 (big shock huh?) and I don't have the squirters (although oddly enough I have the button for them). If he's lucky he doesn't either.
Heres some pics of my car, it came 100% this way, multicolored and everything but I cant complain for the deal i got on it haha. It came with the pre 89 bumper. I do have both the grills and fog lights, but havent put them in yet. Anyone who can let me know exactly what i need to do and buy to complete the pre 89 setup will be greatly appreciated.
yeah, you have an 89+ support, as it's impossible to fit 89 signals on a pre 89 support without cutting, as it'll hit (ask me how I know)...
so you have two choices
1: swap to an 89+ front, I have a set of nice condition signals and nose grilles, you just need the bumper and fogs...
2: swap your header panel support, and buy a pre 89 grille to complete the look..
your crooked bumper is caused by something else, as it should fit normal, regardless of the header panel support..
