We have already exceeded the attendance numbers of ALL previous PacNW events! Considering that lots of people still have not registered and typically wait till the last minute, this meet could easily hit 85-100+ cars with a crowd of 200+ people!!

We have hired a security guard to watch over the hotel parking lot Friday and Saturday nights from 12am to 6am, for your peace of mind!
June 18
81 cars are already registered! At this rate, we might have over 100 cars and a crowd of over 200 showing up for this epic event! These numbers already exceed the attendance numbers of all previous PacNW events!

So how is the drag racing going to work?

Do we just show up and tell the person at the entrance that we are with the PACNW meet and our name and they give us our tech card? Or are we all meeting somewhere first and going in at once?

Everyone that has registered for the Pac Supra event will be on a master list that will be given to the Mission employee at the pay booth.

. If you are pre registered for the drag racing, you simply give your name and you will get a tech card. You will then proceed over to the race side.

.If you're just watching, you pay the 5 dollars for the spectator BUT! you still get to go over to the race side!

.On the race side of the track, you will go to the top of the track where there will be a section for us Supra/event people. When you want to tech the card, you can head over there of course when ready.

Note: A drivers license will have to be produced as proof of ID for a tech card. Same goes for registrants to be able to drive over to the pit side and park with the Supra Event group..

After you tech your car, you will come to see either myself or a volunteer and gives us your credentials and assigned car number. After each race you can give us your time slip to be recorded, if it's a decent time. hah!

Zero tolerance at the track for any Hoochie Koochie or our good buddy Al-C-hol.

Let's keep it clean and safe as the Mission Raceway Staff are being very accomodating to our "Event" and we would like to keep it this way for future purposes and meets.

Regards,
Your Daddy.

If you have any complaints talk to Your Mommy or Duane.

:)

A question that some others might wonder too....

Bought myself some FRS/GMRS radios today (for use on the evening cruise) Is there going to be a certain channel that everyone can tune into to hear any announcements?

Quick announcements:

July 15
NOTE: Be sure to gas up before the cruise leaves at 6pm on Saturday. Also consider eating ahead of time, as it may be around 9pm by the time we get to the Bar & Grill at the end of the cruise. We will supply a map at the dyno with the closest gas station and restaurants.
NOTE: Keep an eye out for our Supra sign on the side of the road to help you find the dyno and show'n'shine locations:
