Oil Leaking from HG area!!!

I finaly put my 62-1 and cometic hg gave it run at 10 psi.....no problem no crazy temperature but when i push it to 1 bar or greater , presurerized oil leaks almost all around the hg area could it mean its time to rechek the arps ...10 days ago they where tighen to 85 and today this happens..any suggestion..

i would re-torque em, i've never heard of arp's not backing out after being installed... they've always needed to be torqued a 2nd time, so i'd check that asap

They need a re-torque if they've never been heat cycled before.
Read: If they're brand new.
You generally won't need a retorque if they're used, but always check.

here we go again, i posted a question about retourqing and got alot of different answers....in conclusion just recheck them it takes less than an hour

I retorque mine even if they're used but I'm old and cynical ;)

Brand new and 3 heat cycles

Including the one above the CPS? I assume the Cometic is new...did you use a spray coating on it?

NO coating but i have reg temp and no over heating and no coolant leak i think it might be the dip sick thats misalined or the end of the oil return line from the turbo that maybe is not tight... lets wait till she cools down

Yeah...if the oil line is not tight on the bottom of the turbo, it will spray oil from the pressurized side.

Oil Lines are tight ...so the last thing that might be it would be a crooked oil dipp line ..
