The dyno fee will be paid directly to Carburater Connection the day of the competition (July 14th). Please make sure you have done an in-depth inspection of your vehicle if you plan to dyno. This means no leaks, loose parts, etc... We don't want one bad car canceling other peoples dyno slots.

Cruise in the afternoon with a communal lunch or dinner. The cruise will most likely start around 2PM but all depends on if there are still more cars to dyno and if we take a lunch break before the cruise.

Well, last time I'm going in to the dealer who sold me the car to "evaluate" the engine burning oil is beginning of April. He was trying some miracle engine recondition/rebuild in a bottle, but neither of us were holding our breath on it (was a new product that he had heard of that he figured he'd try because otherwise he's just rebuilding the engine anyway). So it's no cost to me but a bit of a pain. Rebuild will likely be happening sometime near the end of April as we've got a couple race cars to finish prep for season opening race mid April still. Then it comes down to just getting the running/driving time to break in the build, and in reality I just don't drive much. I put on 10,000km - 12,000km per year, so it's going to be the better part of 3 - 4 months even if I go out of my way to just drive the car more to break in the engine properly.

Well, depending on what rings you are using. Some of the rings available are so damn hard it takes a long time to break 'em in.
