hey man I went threw the same thing , there are frost plugs in the centre of the cyl head holding down the no 3 gasket , those plugs are leaking coolant into the spark plug holes. This problem cost me 650 at toyota to fix. Also the valve cover gaskets may be leaking into the plug holes too. The frost plugs can be taken out they need to be taken out with a large allen head socket. use some gasket goo or RTV type sealant on them. those are in place from the casting process they are linked to the coolant passage ways underneath. try that and I'm sure that will help. ohh and check the coolant bypass hose connection on the throtle body may be leaking on the head.

More likely it's just water from washing the engine. You should pull off the coilpacks and throttle linkage, then soak up all the water you can with paper towels, pull the plugs, blow everything off with compressed air, let it dry, then re-assemble.
