Hey, im 16 and following my manual on how to change my spark plugs on my 89 gte.
But I cant get the case off the top with out breaking it!
I took all the bolts out and got the front half off, but theres two upside down screws I can't get it off of. Do I have to take the gold hoses from above the case off? I really want to avoid that cause im afraid of shifting or breaking something else.

3000, all that stuff, right up top.

Best advice I can give you is do what your doin. Its not difficult make sure everything is unfastened and be very careful. I don't have one anymore nor have I taken one off

Its really pissing me off and i dont want to break it. But ive got my dad trying to help but nothings working. I may just pull that stuff up i guess....

pull the pipes off the top of eng to get coil pack cover off and to do plugs will make it easier

and the throttle cable brackets too. get all that stuff out the way to make it easier

If its pissing you off move on...do some other stuff such as ^^^^^^^^ but take your time

dont lose an bolts. check the tsrm. take a break. 99% of the time when your frustrated you make it worse.

No, im just a noob and dont wanna screw with all that stuff.
I guess I'll take it out to my grandpa's soon. But I don't think they've been changed in a looooong time. But im done for now. Thanks anyway guys.
