I know this might not be of interest to most of you. But I noticed that A lot of people have been making brake kits and asking lots of questions about brake upgrades. This thread Is not to diss any of the other kits or talk smack. Just think that most people over look the brakes on their cars or just doing it half way. I haven't put them on yet but from the looks of this kit, I believe I spent the best 1,600 of my life. You can get his kit for about 1,200 with the 4 pistons. I just had to have the 6 piston kit. I'm not paid by him nor did he give me a deal to say any of this but I really feel if you already have 17s 18's or 19's on your car you should upgrade to this kit. 4 piston 6 piston or even the massive 14.2 inch kit. I also know its a lot of coin to drop on your car at once (I saved up for 5 months and took up other jobs) but ask why have a car with 300+ hp but you cant slow it down effectively? Sure you only street drive your car getting on it from time to time...sure I don't condone breaking the speed limit but brake fade at 120 mph sucks trust me I've been there not fun lesson learned. So With this thread I hope 1 person says hey maybe I'll get some brakes. Just keep In mind not all brakes are the same. I have tried a lot of combos and some work really good but still faded out on track. Yes Iv done the rs3s street and track the yellow stuffs and with drilled and slotted and ran air ducts to my front grill. With this 2 piece 13in rotors I hope to stop all chance of fade. I know there will be a million questions and trust me I will try to answer best I can. (yes i know the part #s for this kit from wilwood and FUK NO you cant have them) I got lots of pics just just ask; and andy and his wife are great, ask them if you want. here is a link to his store yes he is a vendor on supra mania duh. http://arizonaperformance.com/parts.html
UPDATE: they are on. and well they work like normal brakes. I broke em in and they stop well. Lil vibration but the real test will be next wkend on the track, hoping I make it that far as my cps is leaking and my iac just up and died. Idk You do 1 thing and the other stuff say f you.

Nice purchase!

It's really not that hard to find out the part numbers of the rotors and caliper. :) It's the mounting bracket that would the difficult part to acquire!

You'd have to fabricate that and the hats if I'm not mistaken. Easier (and more of a sure thing) to just buy them. You get good brakes, a vendor on here is able to get a good product out. Everybody wins. :)

Talk to Albert on here, I believe they're working on something, not sure if it's quite ready just yet though.

And that is why I never liked BBK because of wheel fitment issues lol Still a kick ass kit but I dont think those would clear my Weld skinnies upfront

^ is that your car in the pic? if so you have the xxr 962s stagger fit right. Well I wanted to run them but every body in the us is out of them in gold so I dont know. but worst case you can run a 10mm spacer and it should b ok. Im not the best with wheel stuff eather but know that people want like big money for spacers. Really people its 15mm of metal wtf its not worth $100+ get over your that bs and search ebay or buy em used. But buy the brake kit first.

Yes that is my car and those are the wheels I'm using right now. 10mm spacer sounds good I'll write that down, and I had been reading a thread on here a while ago where someone was recommending some wheels spacers but I forgot the brand, in any case I'll def. get some spacers somewhere and I agree they all like to charge a bit much for them.

Thanks

Just don't buy cheap spacers, because there's a reason cheap ones are cheap and good ones cost a ton. You don't want to lose a wheel because you saved $50 on a pair of spacers.

If you're looking for a good company for spacers check out H&R.

Thanks, I will definately save this thread for when I buy the BBK shown on here and use the spacers.
