Muffler db ratings and hp levels

Found these in my performance files from a while back. Some very good information in these, mostly for db ratings. Only thing is the testing was done on a mustang with more then likely a 2.5" exhaust. Thought might help out others with muffler choices.

magnaflows sound great. Theyr just so common tho

I see more "rice cannons" than I see magnaflows on supras...

Especially the system I run as the muffler is modified to be a 3" inlet by raptor racing, plus it's powdercoated...

i love my tanabe smh nice a quiet but a deep rumble, course the DDP doesnt help. :evil2:

Im not talking about just supras, more so every other vehicle out there seems to have one. Good sound and very abundent helps on that one. Its always neat to have something a bit different to set yourself out from the rest. Kinda why I bought a supra. But thats just me
