I called Joe today. I knew I couldn't wait a week without getting an update.
He hopes to get mine in the garage one day next week. That means its going to be a while before it gets done, but I'm willing to wait if it means it's done correctly and drives like it's suppose to. I'll keep everyone posted as soon as I hear anything new.

Sorry to hear about the issues Ken. If you need anything from a diff, let me know. I have about six or seven used diff's lying around in a multitude of different ways. Some are open up ready to rebuild and others are just used spares I've accumulated.
