Got it installed today. Started right up and held a perfect idle. Nice piece ofr the MKIII.

The only question I have right now is that off idle I get a stumble that I am thinking is a lean condition because the LC-1 bounces way lean before the r's come up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also my TPS is sitting at .50 at idle and goes to 3.59 at WOT.

Haven't messed with the low, mid and high tunes as of yet.

That sounds like it is way too rich at low throttle. With 550cc injectors mine is almost all -xx% with the main scale at -15%.

Been messing with the response page, the TPS enrich I took up to 1.50, with no real change.

If I rev really slowly it will come up ok.

But if I crack the throttle abrubtly, the W/B goes off the scale lean, hard stumble, then r's come up.

I used the info that came with it to set up config and set up pages
"Quick Setup for Supra MK-III for translator pro 4.40"

Thanks for sharing your experiences with the pro.

I need to get and load the new software. How do I load it, does it need to be in the car and on to accept the new software?

Keep getting error message when trying to update pro with new software.

Laptop says "update" is not a good command or something like this when I double click the .bat file to get it started. WTF

Well I get the laptop to say waiting for the pro, but when I power it on holding the left two buttons down, the range buttons, it never recognizes it.

Is this the problem you are having BA?

i just installed 4.65 the other day, then removed it for the 4.20..

anyway..

what are oyu messing with the tps tip -in..

leave that shit alone..


with 550's you should be pulling fuel and not adding... what is your fuel pis at??

also to upgrade. you need to hold the 2 left buttons then give power to the PRO while still holding the buttons.. mine works like a charm>>>

Check out the first post, going lean off idle. According to the manual, that is where you adjust.

That's what I was trying to do, but the laptop never recognized, just said waiting for the pro.
