there is one batch file for every number com port. Make sure you are using the correct batch (.bat) file.
All the files, .s19, .bat, and update need to be in the same place. It can't be run from a zipped file or compressed folder. Drag the files out to a regular folder or the desktop.
There have been a few USB cables that have not worked well. Straight serial is best. You have to use the black cable that comes with the Pro.
while the software says "waiting for translator", this is when you need to hold the buttons and power up the pro. It it doesn't hear the pro, then there is a serial port/windows issue.
