this tells me nothing on differences between the lsd's from all the models pre-89 turbo/non turbo, 5spd/auto 89-92 turbo/non turbo......SupraDerk said:

86.5-92 N/A - 4.30:1
87-88 Turbo - 3.91:1
89-92 Turbo - 3.73:1
These ratios are regardless of what transmission was in the car. All N/A's were 4.30:1, not all were LSD. The link SupraDerk gave you has all of this information in it.

But in case you feel totally lazy today: All Turbos have LSD, N/A's have optional LSD in the USA and standard LSD in Canada. kthx.
i dont have a digi cam but when i read the firewall tag it says its a 3.73 lsd i forgot the numbers but when i last checked i thought wtf so i triple checked that i wasn't an idiot and cant match numbers.
87 turbo r154 i will look later today and write down the whole thing and hope i dont end up a retard
what numbers designate what? i know that a 5 at the end is lsd and a 4 is open.......whats the others and i will go check
A 5 or a 3 is a limited slip differential. All turbo models come with it. On the 7MGE, it is an option.
