A man was born in 1955. Today is his 18th birthday. He was not born in a leap year. How is this possible?

Theory of relativity, the faster you're moving the slower time goes. Sooo if he were shot into space and traveled fast enough to slow the rate of time down he'd be 18 physical years old. They tested this with time pieces on the shuttle I think, or one of the manned space probes. Time, chronometers count time slower when traveling at extremely high rates of speed.
