I guess I'll stick with 4... I've gout about 15 feet of 4AN high pressure line, so Im gunna use that... I was thinking about using it for my fuel, lol... kidding kidding...

Will do...if you have a fittings manufacturer like aeroquip take the banjo bolts and let them measure your fitting sizes.

So anyone have any idea what fuel rail fittings work? Feed and return?

fuel rail outlet: 12x1.25 to #6 adapter. Then a #6 90deg elbow (from link above)

Only two left, the water inlet/outlet on the turbo... I think they might be 1/2" NPT or pipe...

Fitting sizes...

Oil feed from block: M12 X 1.25 (-4AN)

Water feed from neck: 9919DFG (Earl's) Top of water neck is 1/4 NPT (may have to tap it)

Water return to neck: M14 X 1.5 (-6AN)

Turbo inlet/outlet water: 981666 (Earl's?)

Fuel rail inlet: M14 X 1.5 (-8AN or -6AN)

Fuel rail return: M12 X 1.25 (-6AN)
