Just finished up this evo at the shop. 2.0L 4G63, Manley A beam rods, JE High comp pistons, burschur Stage 3 built head, Cosworth Cams, Degree'd cams with Mivec on intake side and adjustable gear on exhaust side. Burschur HTA86 Turbo on a Burschur tubular manifold, ID2000 injectors, Burschur double pump system on E85. Car made 675 AWHP and 530AWTQ on 45 psi. This is on a eddy brake load dyno.

We got full boost under 5400 rpm's and spools a bit sooner on the street!! Incredible for a 2.0L As much as I love my supra, I really like Evo's!

Quick really shitty quality pull on the street on 37 lbs

Was about to say, "675whp, that's it?" until I realized that's putting power to 4 wheels... not too shabby. Still remember seeing an Evo that Mynes in Mesa built a while back dyno, that thing was painful. :p

Yeah, Im really thinking about getting an Evo for another car. And the nice thing, the car is on Stock ECU with Tephramod V7, Speed density, No cat, no Evap/Smog equipment, E85, 3 Inch Straight pipe. Car had all smog monitors force passed with Tephramod. Car passed smog without any troubles, I couldn't believe it.

Ill post the video of the other Evo were re tuning soon. Waiting on a front diff, Last time It was on the dyno it did 848HP 711TQ to all 4 wheels @ 50 psi on a 6765. We just did new valve springs with 100 lbs on the seat @ the installed height and a .82 T4 Exhaust housing. Should be able to squeeze another 100WHP out of it!

If I'm not mistaken, the stock ECU on these things is much like a GM ecu, or Honda, and as such are easy to tune by nature. Personally, I wouldn't mind one, but I think people would think I was nuts for RAISING the ride height, and sticking dirt tires on it, then attempting to out-dirty every truck in town. :p

With all the mods, when you check the ready monitors, are they ready? Any check engine light?

I doubt it, the evos ECU really is amazing. Theres so much stuff you can do with it theres almost no reason to go with EMS.
