How long have you been modifying cars for?

Ive been working on cars with my dad since i could understand what a 1/2 wrench met. (about 5 yrs old.) I loved growing up with a dad that was a semi-professional mechanic.(worked on cars at home for money). As for myself, my first car was my 86.5 n/a i bought for $200 bux....i miss that car now a days. But...since then, i wrench on; 1977 K10 w/454, 1983 Bird w/305, and my dads 1966 Nova Sedan w/a 396 bbc swap. Hmmm.... come to think of it i seem to like gm's.:biglaugh:

Since 1977, when I dropped a 11:1 355 cid SBC( a whole summers earnings flipping burgers at McDonalds paid for the motor) into my 1950 chevy truck along with a few other "minor" modifications.
Its under the carport now beside my "new" dirt track monte carlo, and the supra.
