HKS SSQV Gasket/O-Ring???

What's going on guys? I've got an HKS SSQV installed on my IC pipes, but for some reason I dont think its sealed properly. The only thing I have holding it to the flange is the snap ring. Is there supposed to be an O-Ring, or gasket installed between the flange and the BOV itself?

Mine came with an o-ring, you can order just the o-ring from Suprasport I believe.
