Headin back from work the other day, I heard a big CRACK while driving down the road. I looked around to see what was up, I saw nothing. I took a quick look out my driver mirror, and saw this..... UGH....
Big nasty ding right under the window molding on my door... I was pissed, as you might think...
Back in the days when I was in the auto glass biz, we called on a company called Same Day Scratch & Dent to fix some bo-bo's We'd have when knives broke and stuff. Sure enough, the guy who was doing this for us 10+ years ago was still doing it !!!
A couple hours and a couple hundred bucks later, this is what it looked like...
You really have to look hard to see it, Cameron did a fantastic job !!! He also fixed a couple other small dings I had for no charge !!! I talked to my Insurance Company and they are going to kick back a little of the repair charge to me. To them it's like getting a rock chip repair on your windshield, up to a certain amount they cover...
