Yes, you are right. There are a lot of people who say a lot of things that piss me off, too.
But that's their right. You show me the amendment where it says you have the right not to be offended.

A lot of times knowing when to keep your mouth shut is a better sign of patriotism. But it is your right to not be quiet or patriotic. There are certain rules governing disruptive or overly loud behaviors, so you do not have to be annoyed by people expressing themselves.
We do not all have to hear it. If someone is disrupting you, you can have them moved. If there is a web site you don't like, you have the right to not visit it. You get the idea.
I'm not really sure what your comment had to do with this discussion, but w/e...
