well dude, i mean, having had a lot of experience with girls that were "waiting until marriage"... that's not always true, especially the older they get. they just want to put it firmly in others' minds that they don't take sex lightly.
i say give her a chance... she sounds interesting, and that's important in the long run. i don't know that many willing-to-put-out quickly girls that are all that interesting.. sure they want sex a lot... but what do you talk about when you aren't doing it... plus if she is interested in a wide variety of stuff, likely she's open to learning about NEW things, and you could get her interested in what interested you.
