Baby steps here.

I am picking my engine up tomorrow from the machine shop, then I will spec everything out and document every clearance, once that is done engine assembly begins.

I am about done with my crank trigger wheel, now all I have to do is machine out a nice adjustable aluminum crank sensor pickup.

I also will need a larger capacity fuel rail now that I have gone with E85, I just don't think the stocker will have the required volume to support high HP.

So that is where I am right now.

And before I can build myself a new manifold I need to finish two for other people.

I also need to finish my shave job in the engine bay. ( I know its taking me forever, mainly because of my lack of time.)

OK, so you're in the lead, my valve springs tested weak, so I'm ordering some BBC springs.
I do agree on taking all the time you need to measure and document the clearances, though. I'm going to design a spec sheet the lays it all out idiot-proof style.

Mains all have proper clearances and the crank is now installed. As well I painted the block black. To proceed further I must wait upon more parts.

Your block is looking really slick man. Are those JE pistons?
Ross pistons with teflon coating on the skirts.

I always knew you wanted your engine to look like mine. Now about that 6m crank, JK.
Zero balanced 6m crank. :evil2:
