I use a switch that goes directly from the battery to the starter because my wiring is bad at the ignition.
Since installing the switch I always start the car like this (when it is cold). I turn the key to START for a few seconds to run the pump. Or else there isnt enough fuel to start the car.
Now suddenly the pump does not come on when I crank it. Why would this happen? Now it takes me 3 tries to get the car to finally run because there isnt enough fuel pressure when it is cold.
What should I do?
