front seats weight?

i am in the process of weight reduction, took out everything is not needed in the rear and took 140lb out of it. So i want to know if changing the front seats is worthy in terms of weight, how much does it weight?

I've heard the drivers seat is like 60-80 lbs or something like that. If you've ever lifted one, you would know. The pass one is about half that.

I'm sure this has been covered, but does anyone know the weight difference between the stock seats and the TT-R Recaros?

No sure, but It's about the same as installing any non carbon fiber, full reclining bucket seat.

Drivers seat is like 70 pounds, passenger is half that.

Replacing the seats is a MUST-DO if you're doing weight reduction. The stock seats are ridiculously heavy

i bought the front seats of a mazda 3 for $60 yesterday in a local yard, they are very dirty right now, i will install them next week. P.S. they are 50lbs each.

i took stock ones out and the pilot one is 85lbs, the passenger is 50lbs, i put the mazda 3 (i have not cleaned them yet), and the pilot is 45lbs and the passenger is 45lbs, so i saved like 50lbs in the front seats the rear are 40lbs both, and the other parts in the back were like 25lbs also i recarpet all my supra black, here is a pic of my new seats installed (i just need a new black steering wheel from a supra

I put in a JDM passenger seat. Weighed 35lbs less than the power seat and the seat belt guides and everything were on the correct sides.

Interesting. My drivers seat has power lumbar and side bolsters, but slides manually. So does my seat weigh less than the average Supra? Sorry to hijack, but since we're on the subject....
