Free online storage space for files???

Anyone know of anywhere online that I can upload files for free and is secure? I need to do this because all my USB ports stopped working and HP can't figure out how to make them work. So, I can't connect my ext HD to put them on. So, I want to upload them to the internet so I can format my computer and get them after that is done. Thanks for looking and helping.

How much space do you need, how many files, for how long, and what transfer protocol do you need?

Why not just burn to CDR?

Maybe 2gb of space. Mainly pictures that I took with my camera. I forgot to mention that there is also a problem with my CD burner.

It is a couple hundred pictures, won't be but a day or 2, and I don't know what transfer protocal means. I'm kinda retarded when it comes to the nitty gritty computer stuff.


EDIT: I just tested to see if my burner still doesn't work. Low and behold it works again. So, I'll just burn everything to CD. Thanks for the help Dave.

I received an email from Windows Live (hotmail)
They offer a Sky Drive free 5GB of storage, I haven't had time to check it out yet though.
May be worth a shot.
