The operator mentioned that most dynos give a 15% increase to compensate for the drivetrain, anyone know how true this is.

The actual numbers are not that bad. The torque is coming on late in the pull. Either you started it later, or your FFIM is costing you. The FFIM is one of the last things you should do. Its purpose is to tack on high rpm power. These custom units with larger plenums and shorter runners will starve the engine at lower revs. This is why Toyota uses ACIS on the GE's.

Of course rerouting that intercooler piping is good. I will gladly concede that.

those numbers arn't tooooo bad, but a little low.. what dyno?

maybe stock turbo elbow ported is hurting you? I did 256/275 on 10 psi on a dyno jet..

Why did you stop at 6K RPMs? And I would also wait until you've got acurate afr readings to tune with. I'd say you are running pig rich, that afr number may not be off that much!

It's been proven our cars *stock*.. make max power in 4th gear at 5500-6000 RPM.

I made 262 rwhp, 270 rwtq with just a 3" turbo back exhaust running 8 lbs of boost.

maybe because there was zero point in it? He peaked at 5650...running it over 6k in his case is just wasting fuel and uneccessary. I highly doubt his power is going to start increasing again over 6k.

Might be a rich condition, but I put my money on exhaust pressure. Get rid of the stock elbow restriction and if there are any stock cats replace them with hi-flo ones.

dyno dynamics....the operator mentioned that other dynos give a %15 increase to compensate for the drivetrain. Im not too sure how true this is, but I did see someone else on this forum mention they should have gotten higher (450-500) on the same dyno (judging from the software dyno printout).

im looking to get the lipp elbow soon, I did take %10 out on top and I gained 20hp on the top end. I'm still rich though, maybe some afpr adjustments next time around.
