$50.64 - 46540-14020 - Front Shoe (Same for both sides) ($25.32 x 2)
$27.84 - 46550-14020 - Rear Shoe (Right side)
$25.32 - 46590-14020 - Rear Shoe (Left side)

You're looking at about $100 for all 4. If you order from a dealer that gives a good discount, expect to pay about $7 less for each shoe. Have fun. :) Just a note: these shoes aren't really supposed to be a regular maintenance thing, so if they're excessively worn, make sure your cables are releasing properly, etc. Either that or you like to pull your e-brake during normal driving or something ;).

I have it adjusted as far as it will go.

There is also a slot in the hub of the rear rotors - use a brake adjuster tool to turn the star shaped link inside (they adjust just like old drum brakes) till the wheel does not turn then back it off 4-5 clicks that should do it---
